Auto Bailout V.s the Alternative
Toronto – We can all debate the merits of a government bailout for the Big Three Automakers until we are blue in the face, but what we sometimes fail to see are the facts that surround that debate. Whether we like it or not, our opinions are largely based on water cooler banter and conflicting news reports from multiple news agencies pushing their agendas and leading us to ignore some of the deeper, true meanings behind the debate. I will ask you to push aside any bias you may have against American made new & used cars and take a look at those facts and try and come to a conclusion based reason and fact.
Fact: We are no longer driving our fathers used cars.
· The big three have made great strides towards producing cleaner, greener and more fuel efficient vehicles in the last 15 years and are continuing to invest in environmental technologies for our new and used cars.
· Used cars that are made in America and Canada, provide hundreds of thousands jobs in the auto trader market today.
Fact: The U.S. congress has the greatest deficit in history.
· They continue to hold the auto maker’s feet over the fire while they bailout companies such as AIG to the tune of 150 billion.
· These are the same companies that are responsible for the worldwide economic crisis and the automakers can’t get 25 billion “Loan”.
· The new and used cars from an auto trader are responsible for millions of dollars being pumped into our economy. Can AIG or any of the others say the same?
Fact: The job tree starts with manufacturing and the Auto Industry
· Every 1 job in the auto industry supports 7.5 more jobs in supporting industries
Fact: The auto industry should be found guilty.
· Guilty of paying decent wages and benefits to its members
· Guilty of employing millions of Canadians and Americans while other companies are outsourcing all their jobs overseas
· Guilty of pumping money into the economy
· Guilty of being the last great patriotic companies left in North America

Keyword Dilution and Excessive Cross-linking
I haven’t heard Keyword Dilution and Excessive Cross-Linking before. But, as I have searched and read some of the articles about it. I have learned that Keyword Dilution and Excessive Cross-Linking can really hurt your sites ranking.
I will start with Keyword Dilution. What is Keyword Dilution and How does it hurt your sites ranking?
Keyword Dilution means having too many keywords written on a web page regardless if those keywords are on your home page or in any part of your web site. But, if you stuff lots of keywords on your homepage that hurts more.
If you really want your site to rank on search engine without having a major drop you have to avoid keyword dilution. You should put only one keyword on a page. In short, you should have the same number of keywords and pages. For example, if you use the Wordtracker and you selected 10 keywords or keyphrases, that means you should create 10 individual pages for your site.
So for your homepage, if your main topic is all about “bags”, then focus on that single keyword which is “bags”. Don’t ever try to dilute your homepage with lots of keyword terms like “We sell original blue bags, red bags, black bags and white bags”. Those keywords should be put on the other individual pages and not for your homepage.
As a Search Engine Optimizer, you should keep in mind that a single keyword are much more competitive to optimize.
Next is, Excessive Cross-Linking. Cross Linking refers to those links between a family of domain or those website that owned by one person. Cross linking is not bad and that is an acceptable approach for different Search Engine. But, Excessive cross-linking is not acceptable.
Excessive Cross-Linking means linking to sites that are owned by a person in multiple ways. By doing that kind of act, your site will be penalized. Yahoo and Google penalized those sites that has excessive cross-linking.
Cross linking strategy can help users by pointing them to other sites that can give them another information on the topic that they choose. On the other hand, there are some site owners who wanted to cross link just for page rank reason.
There are some guidelines that a site owner should consider in cross-linking. The first thing a site owner should consider is the content. Always remember that Content is King. If you really want to link to the other site that is relates to your site make sure that the site has a unique content. You should also consider that you cross-links for your readers and not for page rank reason just like what I said earlier. The next thing is, putting your links on the most appropriate place and adding the right anchor text.
Those are some of the guidelines that a site owner should consider om cross-linking for your site not to be penalized.
Now, that we all know what’s keyword dilution and excessive cross-linking is, maybe we should start checking our sites. We all have reasons why we created different sites just make sure that you did it because you want to share your opinions or your knowledge to other people who is searching the web.
Red Cross Emergency Response Unit – Your Chance to Do Something Good
This time we present a game that you are sure to try – if you care. Youda games welcome you at the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, namely its Emergency Response Unit, where doctors, engineers and volunteers work together to help victims of natural disasters, military conflicts etc. You will save lives while having fun – and part of all proceeds of the game will be donated to the real Red Cross.
Ever dreamt of traveling all over the world? Grab the chance!
I am sure you have heard about the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The Movement exists to help people all over the world who found themselves in need. Red Cross always acts according to the seven fundamental principles, which are Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntarity, Unity and Universality. You, as the member of Red Cross Emergency Response Unit, will also learn to use the principles in your life.
The ERU completes its missions in the hottest spots of the world, traveling wherever their help is needed most urgently. You will control the whole operation of the unit, managing the resources and staff and saving people’s lives.
Before you start the game you have to choose your difficulty level – I suggest Easy for the first time, because there will be quite a lot of things to deal with. For each mission in one of 11 high-resolution maps you have a limited amount of time to complete it (watch the clock in the bottom of the screen), a limited number of vehicles, teams and supplies and a number of tasks to fulfill. There are main tasks, like giving medical aid to sick people, shelter to homeless or relief supplies to those deprived of them, and extra tasks like clearing debris or establishing contacts with local authorities. Completing main tasks is critical for passing the mission, while extra tasks just give you additional points and may be left unattended.
Once you start a mission, for example, helping victims of an earthquake in Argentina, your first action will be building your base camp, where alll your supplies will be stored. After that you can send your first team to the spot where it is needed most desperately. For this you have some vehicles with limited capacity, so you have to control the available transport and supplies necessary to reach success.
Most of the tasks can be performed automatically, that is you just make the decisions about where to send whom and what actions to undertake. But in some cases your manual control is required, like when you deliver relief supplies with a plane or when your teams encounter some obstacles, which will sometimes multiple and unexpected. Actually, mostly you act as a real manager, but sometimes your driving or communication skills will be handy.
I could go in much more detail, but I think you have already grabbed the main idea – ERU is not just fun (though fun it is), but also a great way to help others. Are you up to it?
